We are a collection of educators, passionate about empowering individuals and families to succeed in learning.

 

Keisha Martin
Keisha Martin has over 12 years of combined experience as a math tutor and classroom instructor. She holds a B.A. in math education from the University of South Florida. Additionally, she currently holds a Mathematics Grade 6-12 state certification. Keisha began Maximized Learning in 2016 providing tutoring, consulting, and student advocacy services.

Erika Greelish
Erika Greelish has been working with children for nearly 30 years. She has a B.A. in literature and a Master’s degree in education. She holds a current Florida state teaching certificate with two specializations: K-6 general education and grades 6-12 English language arts and literature. Mrs. Greelish has taught in Hillsborough and Pasco County public schools, at a private school in Pinellas County, and now teaches writing and language arts classes at homeschool groups, as well as providing small group and individual tutorials. She has written many curricula for various ages and abilities through advanced high school level coursework, including SAT and ACT prep. She loves what she does because kids are AWESOME!

We offer face to face and online tutoring sessions. Sessions can be private or in a small group setting.

Very pleased, from the beginning Keisha created a plan for the whole child. Built rapport, flexible, understanding, passionate and caring. Had two kids in tutoring, one excelled after years of tutoring, extended learning school programs, summer programs, etc and is now confident and caught up and on track for honor roll. The other has built a strong foundation and relationship with Keisha over the summer with vital skills to be successful to start middle school. We have struggled together, and Keisha has been right there to help pick up the pieces and give vital advice in order for him to be successful. She’s advocated through emails, attended conferences, given hard advice, supported us through him being grade levels behind and raised him from a 3rd grade math level in 4 months.
